Case law of interest    Selection of court cases
IPSO supports its members and stands up for its rights in court when necessary. Access to courts for European and international civil servants is costly and cumbersome. IPSO observes that proceedings at EU and international tribunals are slow, formal rules tight and often surprising, legal instruments limited and specialised legal representatives rare. On top we sense a bias to rule in favour of the institutions.

Decisions of the Tribunal for the European Civil Service and of the European Court of Justice involving the ECB as a party are accessible on the internet via the link here.
