{"id":27,"date":"2015-03-27T15:33:33","date_gmt":"2015-03-27T14:33:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ipso.de\/wordpress\/?p=27"},"modified":"2019-06-14T16:12:10","modified_gmt":"2019-06-14T14:12:10","slug":"ipso-releases-an-open-letter-to-the-ncbs-on-the-staffing-situation-at-the-ecb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ipso.de\/wordpress\/2015\/03\/27\/ipso-releases-an-open-letter-to-the-ncbs-on-the-staffing-situation-at-the-ecb\/","title":{"rendered":"Open Letter to NCBs on staffing situation at the ECB"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IPSO releases an Open Letter to the NCBs on the staffing situation at the ECB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIPSO, the sole trade union recognised at the ECB, has sent an open \nletter to the National Central Bank governors of the Eurosystem \nrequesting a rectification of the staffing situation at the ECB. 1,000 \npermanent full time positions should be established to bring the ECB \nworkforce to sound and orderly contracts and offer as many as possible \ncolleagues of the &#8220;informal workforce&#8221; the chance to get an orderly \ncontract and work perspective. IPSO sees a severe and structural \nconflict of interest at the highest level of the Eurosystem as the root \ncause of the deplorable staffing situation.
